Warranty Policy

1. Scope of Coverage

The warranty applies exclusively to small household appliances and commercial kitchen equipment used in restaurant environments.

2. Warranty Period for Small Household Appliances

  • All the products are eligible for a limited warranty ranging from three months to one year, depending on the manufacturer. The purchase receipt and warranty card must be provided for all warranty claims.

3. Warranty Exclusions (Non‑Warranty Conditions)

The warranty does not apply under any of the following circumstances:

  • Physical Damage — Damage caused by misuse, dropping, impact, collision, or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized Repairs — Any repair, modification, or disassembly performed by non‑authorized personnel.
  • Improper Use — Damage resulting from use outside normal household or restaurant kitchen operations, including commercial misuse of household appliances.
  • Lack of Maintenance — Damage caused by failure to clean, maintain, or operate the product according to the user manual.
  • Environmental Damage — Damage caused by water exposure, moisture, oil buildup, pests, corrosion, or other environmental factors.
  • Electrical Issues — Damage caused by unstable voltage, power surges, improper wiring, or use with incompatible electrical systems.
  • Consumable Parts — Wear‑and‑tear items such as filters, gaskets, seals, blades, bulbs, and other consumables are not covered.
  • Missing Documentation — Warranty claims without the original purchase receipt and warranty card will not be accepted.
  • Non‑Original Parts — Damage caused by the use of non‑original or incompatible accessories or replacement parts.
